How We Operate

The BillBandit sales network is split into a number of regions or Territories

Each Territory consists of a number of Countries which make up those Territories.  BillBandit Territory Managers are responsible for each Territory and are therefore the central distribution point for their Territory or region, placing orders directly with BillBandit Ltd. Territory Managers are responsible for appointing distributors (Country Managers) in each country.

Distribution Process & System

The mechanism for collecting orders and placing them will be managed through an online ordering system the i-Tr@der Business Platform which has been put in place to collect orders through very easy to operate forms from any location in the world.

As all Territory Managers will have access to a central system, historical orders, invoices and payments will be available for viewing via this simple web browser based system. This system is provided in English language only at present. Online Order entry training videos are available to demonstrate how to access, login and register orders on the system.

The Online Sales System will also be available to the manufacturing plant who will be able to view all orders that have been placed and commence  production in line with demand. There is no data transfer or emailing required as everyone is using a single web-based system. This simplifies order taking, avoids confusion and reduces data processing mistakes as everyone is looking at the same data. What is ordered is what will be manufactured and shipped.

BillBandit Ltd have also developed a web-based Retail site for the BillBandit to be sold via the Internet. The first fully operational example in place for this is BillBandit in the UK. To ensure standardisation and maintain the BillBandit logo this template site will be used as the basis to provide local language versions for each country distributing BillBandit. Translation services and technical support to open the online retail shop are provided at our daily standard rate.

Country Managers therefore have a ready made template website to start trading online within a very short period and require little in the way of technical knowledge. BillBandit distibution presents a large sales volume and profit opportunity with a relatively low start up cost.
